Adult ADHD Assessment

Understanding Your Unique Brain Wiring

Assessment Information Sheet – HarbourLight Psychology Melbourne

Adult ADHD Assessment - 16+ years old

Many adults discover ADHD later in life – that busy mind full of ideas, quick shifts, or challenges with focus and organisation that always felt "just how I am." ADHD is a neurodiverse way of thinking, with incredible strengths like creativity, hyperfocus on passions, and out-of-the-box problem-solving, alongside hurdles like distractibility or impulsivity. An Adult ADHD Assessment gives you clear insights into these traits, celebrating what's brilliant while finding practical ways to make work, relationships, and daily life smoother.

For adults 16+, this assessment is perfect when you're curious about ADHD, facing focus/organisation struggles, or needing clarity for workplace supports, NDIS, or personal strategies. We use affirming, evidence-based tools – focusing on strengths and what helps you thrive.
