We use engaging, evidence-based approaches that children enjoy, including play therapy, art, stories and games. Common therapies include:

  • Child-centred Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for kids

  • Parent–child interaction approaches

  • Trauma-focused CBT (adapted for children)

  • Mindfulness and regulation skills

Support is flexible: some children attend sessions themselves, while for others we work primarily with parents to create change from the home environment. We always collaborate with families to choose the best path.
