Medicare Rebates
We are approved Medicare Providers, making it easier for you to access rebates through the Better Access to Mental Health Initiative. This program supports evidence-based care for mental health concerns, offering rebates of up to $98.95 per session (for up to 10 sessions per calendar year) when referred by your GP, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

To eligibility, discuss your needs with your doctor—they may prepare a Mental Health Care Plan referral if appropriate. For child referrals, check if your GP prefers the child attend. Feel free to contact us for more guidance on this process.

You may claim rebates through your Private Health Insurance extras cover, depending on your policy. We encourage you to contact your insurer to confirm your level of benefits for psychological services. Invoices are provided including item codes to make insurer claims.
