Please proceed to the reception desk on the ground floor and let us know you have arrived. The reception is on the right as you enter the building from Wellington Parade. The team will notify your clinician and provide directions to your appointment.

HarbourLight Psychology offers convenient telehealth services available Australia-wide, providing access to psychological support regardless of your location. Whether you're in a remote area or prefer the comfort of home, sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, allowing you to attend appointments with a registered psychologist via video. Telehealth appointments follow the same clinical processes as in-person sessions, where appropriate.

Telehealth can be a flexible option for those with busy schedules or limited access to in-person appointments, reducing travel time and allowing you to attend sessions from your chosen space. It may be suitable for a range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, stress, and related difficulties.
If you are unwell or unable to attend in person, appointments may be converted to telehealth where appropriate. This can support continuity of care while you are unable to attend in person.
We aim to provide a flexible and supportive approach to therapy, tailored to your individual needs.
A secure link and instructions for accessing your telehealth session will be provided via email prior to your appointment. You can connect via a desktop, tablet, or mobile device for your video call.
