Service Description
2-17yrs old Child or Adolescent initial session - typically parents only, is a tailored strategies and compassionate care intake session to discover family history and desired outcomes. Adolescents managing their own therapy can complete this without parent, if desired.
Cancellation Policy
HarbourLight takes pride in providing a consistent approach to treatment and continued client care. As there can be high demand for appointments, our cancellation policy is in place to support a fair and efficient booking system for all individuals and families. This helps ensure appointment times can be made available to others who need them when you are unable to attend. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact client services as early as possible so that your reserved time can be offered to another client in need. Where possible, in the event of a cancellation, you will be offered the opportunity to change your face-to-face appointment to a Telehealth (video or phone) appointment. If you choose to cancel the appointment completely, the following cancellation fees will apply: More than 48 hours’ notice = no fee charged Between 24–48 hours’ notice = 50% of the session fee will apply Less than 24 hours’ notice = full session fee will apply Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
